Acne Gel is a compounded prescription topical formulation combining five actives: Clindamycin, Spironolactone, Benzoyl Peroxide, Niacinamide, and Tretinoin. Each is a commonly compounded dermatologic ingredient. Your physician will determine if this formulation is appropriate based on your individual skin profile.

This product is not recommended for individuals with known allergies to any of the listed active ingredients, people with very sensitive or broken skin, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals (consult your physician first), or those using other topical acne treatments without physician approval.

Mild irritation, dryness, or peeling may occur initially as your skin adjusts. Use sunscreen daily while using products containing tretinoin or benzoyl peroxide. Contact your physician if you experience severe or persistent symptoms.
